To reset your students password, simply log in to your Trainer Dashboard and click into the class that the student belongs to. Once you are in the classroom simply click on CLASS MANAGEMENT in the header navigation.
1. Then click on STUDENT LIST in the header, this will present a list of the students in the class.
2. Click on the KEY ICON of the student that need to update the password of.
You will then be prompted to enter a new password or can opt to use the Portal's password generator. Please be sure to take note of the password you have created to provide to your student.
